This website (zoezou.com and 5129ai.com, the “Site”) is operated by 元气堂健康科技（烟台）有限公司 (“we”, “us”). We provide online qigong and traditional wellness video courses. You can contact us at [email protected].
02What we collect
- Information you give us — your email address (to deliver the free lesson and your course), your name if you provide it, and any message you send to support.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem. Your card details are entered on Creem’s checkout and are never stored on our servers. We receive only order confirmation data (product, amount, email, country).
- Usage data — basic technical data such as pages visited and device or browser type, collected by our hosting provider for security and statistics.
03Why we use it
- To deliver the courses and free materials you request;
- To send the emails you signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- To answer support requests, process refunds and meet tax and accounting obligations;
- To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse.
04Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: Creem (payments, invoicing and tax compliance as Merchant of Record), our hosting provider (Cloudflare), and our email service provider. They process data only on our instructions.
05How long we keep it
Order and tax records are kept as long as required by applicable tax law. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
06Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU and UK GDPR and applicable US state laws), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
07Cookies
The Site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to run (for example, remembering your language choice) and basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work.

The Site and courses are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
