By using zoezou.com or 5129ai.com (the “Site”) and buying our courses you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
02What we sell
We sell digital video courses and live online class bundles about qigong and traditional wellness practices. No physical goods are shipped. Course access is delivered by email after payment.
03Health and safety disclaimer
Our content is educational material about traditional practices, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Consult a physician before starting if you are pregnant, injured, have balance or inner-ear problems, heart conditions, or any medical concern. Practise within your limits, in a safe space. You participate at your own risk.
04Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars on the Site and may change. Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem is the seller of record for your purchase, handles the payment, issues your receipt or invoice, and collects and remits any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST. Your card statement may show Creem as the merchant.
05Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: you may request a full refund within 14 days of receiving course access, provided you have not completed the entire course. Requests go to [email protected].
06Licence and intellectual property
When you buy a course you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to watch the content yourself. You may not record, re-upload, resell, share your access, or use the content to train automated systems, without our written permission. All course content, text, images and the “Zoe Zou” and 元气堂 Yuan Qi Tang names remain our property.
07Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no unlawful use, no attempt to break security, no scraping, no posting other people’s content, and no sharing of your account or course links.
08Community and live sessions
When you join our community or live sessions, treat other members respectfully. We may remove anyone who harasses others or shares pirated material, without refund.
09Availability
We aim to keep the Site and course access available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages or events beyond our control may interrupt access.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
11Changes and governing terms
We may update these Terms; the version published on the Site at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
