01Our promise
If a course is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of receiving access and we will refund you in full, as long as you have not completed the entire course.
02How to request
Email [email protected] with the email address you used to buy and your order reference (from your Creem receipt). We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
03How the money comes back
Refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it may take 5–10 business days to appear. Any taxes collected with the order are reversed with the refund.
04Live sessions and coaching
If you have already used a booked one-to-one session or attended live coaching, that portion is not refundable; we refund the remaining value. Missed live sessions can be rescheduled once at no charge.
05When we cannot refund
- The whole course has been completed and the certificate issued;
- Access was shared, resold, or the content redistributed (this breaches the Terms of Service);
- The request comes more than 14 days after access was delivered.
06Free materials
Free downloads (for example the 30-minute bedtime practice video) involve no payment and therefore nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe at any time.
07Statutory rights
Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
